Returns Policy

 

Returns

 

You have 14 days from receipt of your purchase to send us any returns (unsuitable or faulty) that you may have. We will not refund or exchange any items sent back to us outside of this time frame. We cannot accept pierced goods or adult accessories as unsuitable returns for hygiene reasons. All returns must be sent complete with the relevant form here to enable us to process your return efficiently. We recommend you use a trackable postage service to make any returns. Returns can take upto 28 days to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

 

 

My item is unsuitable

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered send them back within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition, i.e. in the original packaging, unworn and complete with any original labels plus a copy of the form here , we will then issue you a credit or exchange. Return postage will be at your own expense. We will not refund unsuitable items.

My item is faulty

 

If you come across faulty goods, send them back within 14 days of receipt with a copy of the form here , we will then issue you a refund or exchange. Return postage will be credited to you via a code to use on the site.

Where applicable manufacturers guarantees will cover you against certain faults which should be used in cases outside our Returns Policy.
